Fee Structure:
Our fee structure is based on your staff size and the current condition of your Human Resources function. There are two options:
Option 1
An All-Inclusive Agreement - We represent your entire HR function. The agreement details which HR functions we will assist you with based on your needs. Once our fee is established, the agreement is for unlimited hours. We act as your HR Manager – we’re just not located on-site. The only additional fees might be for projects outside the scope of the contract (such as training) but only after approval of the client.
Option 2
Project-Based Work - A fee is determined based on the scope of the project. Examples include: HR Audit, Employee Handbook Review/Development or Performance Review System.
